Russian General Says U.S. Preparing to Use Mosquito-Filled Drones in Ukraine
The same Russian General who presented alleged documentation of a U.S. biological weapons program in Ukraine, now says America is preparing to use drones filled with malaria infected mosquitos against Russian forces in Eastern Ukraine.
Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the RF Armed Forces, made his claims in a video that is now circulating widely on social media.
“The flooding of the Kherson region planned by the Kiev regime can complicate the situation, including arbovirus infections,” Kirillov explains in the video, “After a drop in the water level, the formation of diseases transmitted by mosquitoes is possible.”
Kirillov goes on to present alleged documentation that the United States has formulated a plan with partners in Ukraine to “use infected vectors” through a “patented drone, designed to spread infected mosquitos in the air.”
Although Kirillov allegations may seem somewhat unbelievable, insects have a long and storied history in military operations.
In light of publicly available Defense Advanced Projects Agency discussion regarding “insect allies”, it’s certainly not a stretch to surmise the Pentagon might be interested in exploring new methods of utilizing insects in the theater of war.
Even though the use of entomological weapons is currently prohibited by the Biological and Toxic Weapons Convention of 1972, it could easily be argued that such prohibitions only apply to honest state actors —nobody follows the rules once the shooting starts. Any arguments as to responsibility aside, it’s not as though war crimes haven’t been committed in eastern Ukraine.
After the recent destruction of the Kakhovka Dam in Kherson, low-lying areas on the eastern side of the Dniper River are flooded and turning into a swamp — leaving the region ripe for a new twist on an ancient type of warfare.
As both sides of the current conflict struggle to establish dominance (without resorting to the use of tactical nukes), entomological weapons may present an opportunity for hostile actors to cripple their enemies — while simultaneously maintaining the appearance of compliance with international law.
As noted by Kirillov: “The description of the patent emphasizes that the infected soldier is not able to perform the combat missions assigned to him…such a method of infecting the enemy would have a significant effect militarily.”

PENTAGON’S SECRET SERVICE TRAWLS SOCIAL MEDIA FOR MEAN TWEETS ABOUT GENERALS
WHEN THE CHAIR of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley enters into his scheduled retirement later this year, one of the perks will include a personal security detail to protect him from threats — including “embarrassment.”
The U.S. Army Protective Services Battalion, the Pentagon’s little-known Secret Service equivalent, is tasked with safeguarding top military brass. The unit protects current as well as former high-ranking military officers from “assassination, kidnapping, injury or embarrassment,” according to Army records.
Protective Services’ mandate has expanded to include monitoring social media for “direct, indirect, and veiled” threats and identifying “negative sentiment” regarding its wards, according to an Army procurement document dated September 1, 2022, and reviewed by The Intercept. The expansion of the Protective Services Battalion’s purview has not been previously reported.
The country’s national security machinery has become increasingly focused on social media — particularly as it relates to disinformation. Various national security agencies have spent recent years standing up offices all over the federal government to counter the purported threat.
“There may be legally valid reasons to intrude on someone’s privacy by searching for, collecting, and analyzing publicly available information, particularly when it pertains to serious crimes and terrorist threats,” Ilia Siatitsa, program director at Privacy International, told The Intercept. “However, expressing ‘positive or negative sentiment towards a senior high-risk individual’ cannot be deemed sufficient grounds for government agencies to conduct surveillance operations, even going as far as ‘pinpointing exact locations’ of individuals. The ability to express opinions, criticize, make assumptions, or form value judgments — especially regarding public officials — is a quintessential part of democratic society.”
Protective details have in the past generated controversy over questions about their cost and necessity. During the Trump administration, Education Secretary Betsy DeVos’s around-the-clock security detail racked up over $24 million in costs. Trump’s Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt ran up over $3.5 million in bills for his protective detail — costs that were determined unjustified by the EPA’s inspector general. The watchdog also found that the EPA had not bothered to “assess the potential dangers posed by any of these threats” to Pruitt.

Microsoft’s GPT-4 shows signs of human reasoning
Fears about artificial intelligence coming alive received more fuel last week as a new study finds OpenAI’s latest version of ChatGPT shows human-like reasoning. Microsoft confirms that ChatGPT-4 shows signs of human reasoning in a research paper.
During the week, Apple iOS users and fans of generative AI were treated to a welcome development when OpenAI took a significant step in consolidating its conversational AI technology with the launch of its highly anticipated ChatGPT app for Apple iOS.
After dominating conversations these recent weeks, in a moment of truth, Tesla founder Elon Musk has warned shareholders to expect a challenging year because of an unsteady global economy and high-interest rates.
Google also disclosed it plans to delete accounts that have remained inactive for two years. It said it is part of a strategy to strengthen security measures for its vast user base.
According to a recent study, the latest version of ChatGPT from OpenAI exhibits human-like reasoning, which may soon confirm concerns about artificial intelligence coming to life. Researchers are improving large language models (LLMs) to make them smart enough to compete with the human brain. Microsoft now claims in a study article that the new AI exhibits indications of reasoning.
Supporting the findings, Sébastien Bubeck, lead author on the paper about artificial general intelligence (AGI), will run one of the reorganized research labs at Microsoft to explore humanlike answers and ideas not programmed into the LLM using GPT-4, The New York Times reported.
He has documented complex behaviors exhibited by the system during the past several months.
When asked by a query on how to stack a book, nine eggs, a laptop, a bottle and a nail in a stable manner so they don’t fall, the model provided a rather lengthy conclusion, as stated in the research paper.
The system arranged the items so the eggs would not break, detailing how each should be placed on the other – starting with the book and ending with the nail.
It also commented on arranging the items so the eggs do not crack – something only humans could fully understand.

Multiple Witnesses Report Seeing Fighter Jets Engaging with UFO in Michigan
In a curious case out of Michigan, multiple witnesses say that they saw a pair of military jets engage in what they described as a "dogfight" with a UFO. The intriguing incident reportedly occurred earlier this month and was observed by four people in the city of Bad Axe. According to one witness, Christopher Bilbrey, as the group were moving his camper, their attention was suddenly drawn to the "ear shattering" sound of two jets in the sky above them. "They would circle fast as they could, looking intently for something," he wrote to the National UFO Reporting Center. Initially, the group was uncertain as to what the aircraft were searching for, but then Bibrey spotted a "white/metallic disc" that was hard to see as it was "shining with the sun."
The witness went on to marvel that the fast-moving object "was capable of overtaking and outmaneuvering the fighter jets with extreme ease." Bibrey indicated that the UFO would pass one of the jets and then "stop suddenly and seemed to turn toward" the aircraft and spin while remaining stationary in the sky. Amazingly, he noted that the jets fired "anti-missile flares" as if they were "under direct attack," but this did not seem to faze the mysterious object in the least. This strange 'show' in the sky occurred three times, Bibrey said, then the aircraft departed the scene while the UFO remained behind and "seemed to circle the area almost as in a victory lap" before silently departing in the opposite direction as the jets.
Alas, due to the UFO seemingly using the sun to provide visual cover, Bibrey indicated that he was unable to capture the wild scene with his cell phone. He also reported that "for four days after the sighting," the jets returned to the area, but the mysterious object apparently did not. What exactly Bibrey and his companions witnessed that day is unknown, and the local police department told an area newspaper that they did not receive any reports concerning the strange event. What do you think the group saw unfolding in the sky over Bad Axe earlier this month? Share your theory with us at the Coast-to-Coast AM Facebook page.

It Begins: 20 Heavily Armed IRS and ATF Agents Raid Great Falls Gun Store, Seize Firearm Purchase Records
In an unprecedented move, twenty-armed Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agents carried out a raid on a gun store in Great Falls, Montana, seizing all Form 4473 – documents that record buyer’s information during firearms transactions.
Tom Van Hoose, owner of Highwood Creek Outfitters, alleges that he has been under constant surveillance by state and federal agencies for over two years, KRTV reported.
On Wednesday, the gun shop owner reported an unexpected visit from 20 heavily armed IRS and ATF agents at his store.
The agents reportedly arrived at the shop early in the morning, as Van Hoose was opening for the day.
“We have now confirmed that both the IRS and the ATF were at Highwood Creek Outfitters in Great Falls around 7 am this morning. Both the IRS and ATF would not say why they were there,” KMON Radio reported.
“A spokeswoman for the IRS would only say they were there on official IRS business. The ATF says it was providing assistance to the IRS. We attempted to enter the store today and were stopped by agents at the door who would only say that the gun store is closed and will reopen tomorrow,” the news outlet added.
According to Hoose, the federal scrutiny began two years ago and has involved various agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Occupational Safety & Health Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, and now, the Internal Revenue Service.
“They must think we’re making a fortune in the gun business to investigate us like this, assuming we’re hiding thousands, hundreds of thousands, even millions of dollars. However, anyone familiar with gun business profit margins would know that’s not the case,” Van Hoose told MTN News.
Van Hoose claims that he was simply told his business had been reported, although he remains in the dark about who reported it or why. He believes the whole episode was politically motivated.
“I can only assume that it’s because of the style of weapons that we have and the press that’s so against them,” said Van Hoose. “The current administration seems to be hell bent on getting those guns out of the hands of average Americans.”
The day’s operations were disrupted, leading to a significant loss of revenue.
“I had about 30 minutes to operate, making just a single $16 sale,” Hoose said.
Highwood Creek Outfitters is America’s largest online firearms and accessories mall, according to its website. The store is known for selling what Van Hoose calls “fun guns,” including AR-15’s and AK-47s.

PETA rewrites the Bible with the help of ChatGPT to make the Book of Genesis 'vegan' friendly
PETA has given the Bible's Book of Genesis a "vegan" makeover, using ChatGPT to recreate the story and "send a can’t-be-missed animal rights message filled with vegan teachings."
In PETA's vegan version of the Bible, animals are referred to as "beings" rather than "beasts" or "creatures" and plants like hemp and bamboo are used for clothing instead of animal skins because "no one with any fashion or moral sense would wear animal skins in the 21st century."
"The Bible has long been used to justify all forms of oppression, so we’ve used ChatGPT to make it clear that a loving God would never endorse exploitation of or cruelty to animals," says PETA President Ingrid Newkirk. "It took God only six days to create the entire world, but we realized it would take us years to rewrite the whole Bible, which is why we’ve started with just the first book."
In Genesis Chapter 22, Abraham travels to the land of Moriah, where instead of slaughtering a ram to demonstrate his faith, he "befriends a gentle lamb to show his reverence and respect for God’s creation."
PETA said it hopes its "cruelty-free" version of the Bible will appeal to the 73 percent of Generation Z that reportedly identifies as animal rights activists, according to the organization's press release.
In PETA's version of Chapter 21 of the creation story, Abraham and Sarah, who were 100 and 90 years old respectively when they conceived their child Isaac, also adopt a dog named Herbie.
"As they walked with Herbie, Sarah and Abraham thought of the importance of adopting dogs from shelters and rescue organizations rather than purchasing them from breeders," PETA’s version reads. "They spoke of how buying a dog or cat from a breeder or a pet shop contributes to the companion animal overpopulation crisis, as countless dogs and cats in shelters await loving homes while breeders continue to produce more puppies and kittens for profit."
PETA’s ChatGPT version of the Creation Story is available for purchase from its online shop for $3.99.

BlackRock, JP Morgan set up 'reconstruction bank' for Ukraine
BlackRock and JPMorgan Chase are reportedly aiding the Ukrainian government in setting up a reconstruction bank that could see rebuilding projects being heavily invested in by private entities. The Financial Times noted that it would cost Ukraine roughly $411 billion to rebuild their country amid the onslaught of attacks by Russia, but the cost is continuing to increase.
The Ukraine Development Fund is still in the early stages of setting up the reconstruction bank, but potential investors will get an inside preview of how things will look during a London conference that is set to take place this week.
With the steep cost to rebuild, the Ukrainian government reached out to BlackRock in November to see if there was a conceivable way of attracting investments. JPMorgan was soon added in February. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed last month that he was working with the two financial institutions and consultants at McKinsey, per the report.
Philipp Hildebrand, BlackRock vice-chair, said: “So many of today’s long-term challenges are best addressed through blended finance and this is one. You need these vehicles to mobilize capital at scale.”
Though BlackRock and JPMorgan are offering their services, they will likely have the first look at potential investments in the Eastern European country. The report noted that the current development has only deepened JPMorgan’s relationship with its long-standing client, Ukraine. The financial institution has helped Ukraine raise more than $25 billion in sovereign debt since 2010, and it led in the country’s $20 billion debt reconstruction in 2022.
BlackRock has claimed that Ukraine needs a “development finance bank” that would provide the country with infrastructure, climate, and agriculture opportunities. This will apparently make them more attractive to other long-term investors. JPMorgan was added to the venture due to its debt expertise.
Stefan Weiler, JPMorgan’s head of debt capital markets in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, said: “The fund is being set up to also give public and private sector investors the opportunity to invest into specific projects and sectors.”
“There will be different sectoral funds that the fund identified as priorities for Ukraine. That aim is to maximize capital participation.”
However, it does not appear that Ukraine is expected to receive such investments until the end of the conflict with Russia.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a meeting with the African Union, revealed that Ukraine had allegedly signed a treaty in the spring of 2022. But the country went back on it after Russia had agreed to the terms.

Home Depot looking to take advantage of America’s housing affordability crisis by offering tiny house kit for under $44,000
As Americans continue to grapple with high home prices, Home Depot is trying to cash in on the problem by offering a tiny house kit that costs just under $44,000.
The offering comes at a time when the National Association of Realtors found that 75 percent of homes are currently too expensive for middle-class home buyers to afford. The problem is being pinned on high mortgage rates as well as the prices of the homes themselves. Rents have also been climbing.
The current state of real estate prices has given rise to the tiny home trend, with many Americans choosing very small and much more affordable dwellings and abandoning dreams of having a traditional family home surrounded by a while picket fence. It should come as no surprise that the RV Industry Association has reported a spike in demand for mobile homes during the first quarter of the year.
Many aspiring homeowners are starting to look for rural land on which they can build a small home and avoid crippling debt, and Home Depot is hoping they’ll find its “Getaway Pad” to be the perfect solution.
The one-bedroom, one-bathroom home measures a cozy 540 square feet and features a roof deck. It’s made by the Plus 1 Home Kits company, who are marketing it as a tiny home, guest house, home office, cabin or even a backyard rental.
The lower level of the modest home has a living area that has enough space to accommodate a small kitchen along one wall. It also has room for one bedroom with its own closet and a full-sized bathroom. It also features an entertainment area on the rooftop that can be accessed with an external staircase, sold separately. The open area on the rooftop measures 453 square feet, and there is an area where an optional barbecue, bathroom and sink can also be installed.
The steel home kit is delivered for free to most locations in the U.S. and has pre-assembled steel panels. The company says it can be erected in under a week with help from others. The company also provides engineering and building code certificates and assembly instructions.
Tiny home kit involves a lot of extra expenses
If you’re thinking the $44,000 price tag sounds too good to be true, even for a house that small, it’s important to keep in mind that it only includes the steel stud frames for the home. It must be constructed on your own concrete slab foundation. This also means buyers must supply their own finishing and furnishings, including windows, flooring, cabinetry, drywall, stairs, appliances and electrical and plumbing hookups.
In the Questions & Answers section on Home Depot’s website, the manufacturer repeatedly refuses to provide prospective buyers with a price to finish the steel frame to the standards in the photographs. Instead, they ask people to get in contact with them for further discussions. However, one licensed general contractor who posted a reply there estimated that it could cost between $50,000 and $75,000 to build.
With 61 percent of Americans in a recent survey saying the cost of purchasing a home is simply too high right now and 1 in 5 saying they don’t believe they will ever be able to afford one, it won’t be surprising to see more “solutions” like this being offered to take advantage of those who feel home ownership is out of their reach. However, people must perform some due diligence before embarking on this type of project as it could well end up costing just as much as a modest existing home in some areas, especially for those who don’t already own a lot.

Confidence In America Is Collapsing
Authored by Martin Armstrong via ArmstrongEconomics.com,
Despite the cheering from the Washington Post, CNN, NY Times, and the rest of the anti-Democracy press that supports their stringent demands upon the nation, my phone has been in meltdown ever since Trump was arrested. These leftist zealots are cheering the end times for EVERY phone call I have had from Asia to Europe, they are all expressing complete shock that the United States is collapsing, and they are now all seeing that our forecast that the 2024 Presidential Election would be the most corrupt in history and market the END of democracy in the United States.
These people just do not get it, they crossed the line and now the view of the United States from the outside looking in, they no longer believe that America is the beacon of liberty to the world. It is becoming so obvious that our computer will be right again. I warned it even was showing that the 2024 election might not even take place. That was a small 18% probability, but that NEVER came up EVER in this history of running our political models – NEVER!
This year, 2023, was a MAJOR Directional Change that was showing up in both the LEFT & the RIGHT databases. The year 2025 is when a president would take office in January. This has been the #1 target on our political models for decades. The NEOCONS are in full control of the government. There is no way to stop the collapse of the United States at this point. Nobody will listen and there is nothing I can do. People often ask what if people protested? We will never realize the opportunity to reestablish a new form of government post-2032 without the pain and destruction first.
During the Reign of Valentinian I and his brother, Valens, who came to power in 364AD where Valentinian I died in 375 and Valens ruled into 378, there are serious correlations from both and economic and monetary perspective. They too saw their power weakening so they allowed the Goths to cross the Danube and settle within Roman territory provided they would also then serve in the Roman military. This is what is really behind Biden allowing all these people to flood in through the border. What they do not realize, is that history repeats as Biden grants citizenship in return for military service. The Neocons want to build an army to defeat China and Russia simultaneously. Additionally, they assume that all these illegal aliens will vote Democrat so they can decimate the economy of natural-born citizens.
Besides the barbarians storming across the border as we see today under the Biden Administration, here is a tax collector’s ingot. There was so much debased coinage in circulation, they no longer would accept their own coins in payment for taxes. Instead, the taxes were to be imposed by weight and in-kind. The coins had to be melted down. Below the bar, is a weight you would put on one side of the scale. Here we are on the dawn of digital currencies and the elimination of all paper money and even cryptocurrencies whereby they will only accept digital to end what they see as the black market.

BREAKING: Putin announces Ukraine signed a treaty with Russia 1 month into the war and then ignored it under Western influence
Russian President Vladimir Putin has claimed that Ukraine signed a peace treaty in the spring of 2022, but soon after threw it into the “garbage of history.” The Russian president’s comments came during a talk with leaders of the African Union, led by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, per WION.
Putin stated that the treaty was signed in 2022 when Turkey held a series of negotiations meant to develop trust between the two countries. The treaty was allegedly signed by the negotiation group of Ukraine and its Russian counterpart.
"It was called Treaty of permanent neutrality and security guarantees of Ukraine," Putin said, waving the purported treaty in the air. "We never agreed with the Ukrainian side that the text will be confidential, but we never showed it before nor commented on it."
"This draft of the treaty was initialed by the leader of the negotiation group from Kyiv. He put his signature. There it exists.”
The treaty apparently suggested that Russia would withdraw its troops from Kyiv, but that it would keep a specific number of troops in other parts of Ukraine. However, Ukraine went back on the treaty immediately after Russia agreed to the terms.
Putin asked, “Where are the guarantees that they will not renounce any other agreements in the future?”
The meeting took place at the Konstantinovsky Palace in St. Petersburg on June 17, which included leads from the Comoro Islands, Congo Republic, Egypt, Senegal, South Africa, Uganda, and Zambia. The visit comes shortly after the African leaders made a trip to the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv.
The visit had been planned for over a month, as there have been widespread efforts to bring about a peace deal in Eastern Europe. Potential peace in the area is crucial for African countries, as many rely heavily on food and fertilizer from both nations.

Secretary General Says NATO Arsenals ‘Empty’
TEHRAN (FNA)- NATO needs a “more robust” industry in order to refill the stocks of weaponry and ammunition emptied by a year of supplying Kiev, the bloc’s Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on Monday, at an industrial conference in Germany.
The US-led military bloc “must continue to support Ukraine” as it has done since 2014, Stoltenberg insisted at the Day of Industry in Berlin, hosted by the Federation of German Industries (BDI), RT reported.
“We also need a more robust defense industry,” the secretary general argued, adding, “Our weapons and ammunition stocks are depleted and need to be replenished. Not just in Germany, but in many countries across NATO.”
He added that he met with representatives of the military industry last week and discussed how best to ramp up production and streamline supply chains, adding that this was “key to sustain our support for Ukraine”.
Stoltenberg also repeated his argument that only a Ukrainian victory on the battlefield can result in a just and lasting peace. Kiev’s forces had attempted a large-scale offensive on the Southern front over the past week, with heavy losses in manpower, as well as in weaponry provided by the West.
The US and its allies have sent over $100 billion worth of weapons, equipment and ammunition to Kiev in the last year, after the conflict escalated. They insist this does not actually make them a party to the hostilities with Russia.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has accused the West of direct involvement, not just with the weapons deliveries but also by training Ukrainian troops in the UK, Germany, Italy and elsewhere.
Kiev has complained that a lot of the weapons coming in are in such poor condition they have to be cannibalized for parts. At least a third of Ukraine’s military potential is undergoing repairs at any given time, according to the New York Times.

China says U.S. unilateral sanctions blocking military communications
June 19 (Reuters) -Unilateral sanctions imposed by the United States is one factor that is blocking China-U.S. military-to-military communications, a Chinese foreign ministry official said on Monday.
Chinese Defence Minister Li Shangfu has been placed under U.S. sanctions since 2018 over Beijing's purchase of combat aircraft and equipment from Russia's main arms exporter, Rosoboronexport.
