Pfizer shares PLUNGE as gloomy 2024 economic outlook emerges
Next year is shaping up to be a bad year for Pfizer, and the markets know it.
Shares of Pfizer are down after the company announced a forecasted revenue slump in 2024 amid declining demand for the company's Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) "vaccine" and other related products.
In a press release entitled "Pfizer Provides Full-Year 2024 Guidance," the company wrote that revenues next year are expected to be between $58.5 billion and $61.5 billion, which is below the $62.9 billion that analysts surveyed by Bloomberg expected.
"It expects annual earnings of $2.05 to $2.25 a share, far below analysts' $3.21 average estimate," reported ZeroHedge about expectations going into next year.
Like Moderna, Pfizer's very existence seems to depend upon COVID lasting forever. The company hopes to rake in $8 billion next year from Comirnaty, its mRNA (modRNA) COVID injection, and its antiviral drug Paxlovid. Pfizer also expects to make $3.1 billion from the sale of Seagen next year.
Pfizer also plans to reclassify about $1 billion in royalty income from other income and deductions into the revenue.
"Pfizer's product portfolio remains strong," declared Pfizer Chairman and CEO Albert Bourla.
"In 2024, Comirnaty and Paxlovid are expected to deliver combined revenues of approximately $8 billion and our remaining portfolio of combined Pfizer and Seagen products is expected to achieve year-over-year operational revenue growth in the range of 8 percent to 10 percent."
"In addition, we expect our cost realignment program to deliver savings of at least $4.0 billion by the end of 2024, which puts us on a path to potentially regain our pre-pandemic operating margins."
Year-to-date, Pfizer shares down 44 percent – lowest since 2016
The year 2023 was not all that great for Pfizer, either. Most people had already awoken to the fact that the company's COVID injections are deadly, and demand for the shots was already all but gone at the start of the year.
If it were not for jab mandates and other Big Pharma manipulations, Pfizer would have probably gone bankrupt years ago. But thanks to government corruption, Pfizer was able to buy its way into several years of obscene profits due to lucrative government contracts and drug mandates.
"We are acutely aware that all these uncertainties are making it difficult to project the future revenues of Pfizer – and are also affecting our stock price," Bourla told investors on a recent conference call.
Moderna's share price is also tumbling as the company runs out of deadly drugs to force on the public. Nobody wants what Moderna is offering, and the markets know this. It would seem as though the days of the pharmaceutical-industrial complex are numbered.
"Only another pandemic can turn around the industry," reported Zero Hedge about the matter.
"They want and need another scamdemic," wrote a commenter, adding to the sentiment.
"Since Pfizer is just a DoD (Department of Defense) front, I suppose there will be more missing Pentagon trillions to prop it up," suggested another.
"Pfizer is a gangster pharmaceutical corporation that would already be bankrupted by criminal prosecutions if the North American Banana Republic had a real justice system," said someone else.
"COVID and climate change are two of the greatest frauds in world history," said another.
"I remember when the information given was that you could not vaccinate for a virus, since they change their signatures too often, and that it would take at least ten years to develop one," noted someone else. "They either lied then or they are lying now."

WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM DEMANDS $3.5 TRILLION PER YEAR TO 'DECARBONIZE' THE PLANET, 'REACH NET-ZERO AND RESTORE NATURE'
SOURCE: JORDAN SCHACHTEL
THE ANTI-HUMANS ARE AT IT AGAIN.
The creepy anti-humans who run the World Economic Forum (WEF) have decided that we must do more to save Gaia.
According to a new white paper published Wednesday by the Davos outfit in partnership with McKinsey & Company, it’s time to print more money to further devalue the wealth of the common man, in order to pursue the apparent noble goal of “decarbonization.”
“The world needs up to $3.5 trillion of additional investments each year to reach net-zero and restore nature,” the report highlights state, adding that an organization spun up by the WEF called Giving to Amplify Earth Action (GAEA) is determined to shake down the relevant parties for the money.
According to the whitepaper, which is creepily titled, “The Role of Public-Private-Philanthropic Partnerships in Driving Climate and Nature Transitions,” private organizations should surrender their autonomy to governments in exchange for an endless amount of credit and a backstop of protection should their business fail in the open market.
I can’t help but point out that this is essentially the exact governmental structure of the Chinese Communist Party, which WEF founder Klaus Schwab has hailed as a model for governance. Must be a major coincidence!
Putting that $3.5 trillion in perspective, it’s almost 60 percent of the annual U.S. federal budget. And if we know anything about international public-private efforts, it seems that U.S. taxpayers are first to get shaken down in the process.
Two weeks ago, the WEF declared in another report that $13.5 trillion would be needed as soon as humanly possible to avoid a climate catastrophe. According to the report, (which was written with the help of Accenture, another pay to play “consulting” outfit) the date for which the earth will melt has been rolled back from 25 years ago to 2050.
As you can see below in a screenshot of the report, the depopulation advocates stress the need for fast-tracking “decarbonization,” a word that is used 91 times in the published memo.
Next month, the WEF will host its Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland. The theme of the meeting this year is “Rebuilding Trust.”

U.S. Steel Sold To Foreign Company For $14.9 Billion
U.S. Steel, once the largest steel producer and world’s largest corporation, agreed to be bought by Japan’s largest steelmaker, Nippon Steel, for $14.9 billion.
The company, headquartered in Pittsburgh, is now the world’s 24th-largest steel producer and the second-largest in the United States behind Nucor Corporation.
The deal remains pending due to regulatory and shareholder approval.
“Under terms of the deal, US Steel’s operations will retain its name and will continue to have a headquarters in Pittsburgh. But the deal could still stir opposition,” CNN reports.
“To say we’re disappointed in the announced deal between U.S. Steel and Nippon is an understatement, as it demonstrates the same greedy, shortsighted attitude that has guided U.S. Steel for far too long,” the United Steelworkers Union said.
“Our union intends to exercise the full measure of our agreements to ensure that whatever happens next with U.S. Steel, we protect the good, family-sustaining jobs we bargained,” the statement added.
The union hopes to block the deal.
WATCH:
Per CNN:
Earlier this summer the United Steelworkers union vowed to only support a proposed offer by another unionized American steel company, Cleveland Cliffs, to buy US Steel, in a cash and stock deal then valued at $32.53 a share, or 40% less than Nippon’s all cash offer. The US Steel board rejected that offer and started considering other bids.
The union, which has 11,000 members at US Steel, attacked the Nippon Steel deal on Monday.
“The acquisition of U.S. Steel by a foreign company is wrong for workers and wrong for Pennsylvania. I’m gonna do everything I can to block it,” said Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA).

HUGE BREAKING NEWS: Elon Musk’s X (Formerly Known as Twitter) Hit With Probe for ‘Illegal Content’ and ‘Disinformation’
European Commissioner Thierry Breton has launched an investigation into Elon Musk’s social media platform X (Twitter), citing concerns about its handling of ‘illicit content and disinformation.’
This marks the first significant investigation by the EU into X since the passing of the new law called the “Digital Services Act” last year.
“Today we open formal infringement proceedings against X” under the Digital Services Act, European Commissioner Breton wrote in a post on Monday morning on X.
“The Commission will now investigate X’s systems and policies related to certain suspected infringements,” spokesman Johannes Bahrke told reporters in Brussels, adding, “It does not prejudge the outcome of the investigation.”
The investigation focuses on whether X neglected to prevent the spread of ‘illegal content’ (in other words, non-approved government narratives) and whether the effectiveness of the Community Notes feature is sufficient to counter “information manipulation.”
The EU hinted at an investigation into X’s business practices as early as October, prompted by concerns arising from the Israel-Gaza conflict. Officials warned of the spread of “terrorist and violent content and hate speech” on the social media platform.
“The time of big online platforms behaving like they are ‘too big to care’ has come to an end,” Breton said.
“We now have clear rules, ex-ante obligations, strong oversight, speedy enforcement, and deterrent sanctions and we will make full use of our toolbox to protect our citizens and democracies,” he added.
X spokesperson Joe Benarroch told Bloomberg by email: “X remains committed to complying with the Digital Services Act, and is cooperating with the regulatory process. It is important that this process remains free of political influence and follows the law.”
Companies found in violation of the Digital Services Act could face fines amounting to 6% of their annual revenue and potentially a ban if a resolution is not reached.
Musk is currently confronting increased weaponization from government agencies on both sides of the Atlantic, with leftist Western politicians expressing despise for the billionaire’s social media platform, which allows users to share narratives not approved by the government.

Congress scrutinizes WHO reforms, addresses sovereignty concerns surrounding pandemic treaty

WASHINGTON, D.C. (LifeSiteNews) — A subcommittee of the U.S. House of Representatives last week addressed concerns about the World Health Organization’s transparency and its apparent “partiality” for the Chinese Communist Party. It also touched on ongoing worries about the preservation of national sovereignty in the context of the WHO’s global pandemic treaty and proposed health regulations, though the subcommittee’s treatment of the issue has been criticized for not going far enough.
Republican Rep. Brad Wenstrup of Ohio, chairman of the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, announced the hearing in a December 6 press release, arguing that the WHO had failed to prioritize “honesty, transparency, and the health of citizens worldwide” in its COVID-19 pandemic response, instead succumbing to “undue influence from the Chinese Communist Party.”
“When the WHO should have been conducting independent investigations into the origins of COVID-19 and presenting the global community with verified information to help keep them safe, we instead saw that they ignored some facts and parroted back statements that came from the Chinese Communist Party,” Rep. Wenstrup said, according to The Defender.
In the hearing, lawmakers spoke about preventing the “next pandemic” and the potential implementation of reforms within the WHO to ensure future preparedness.
Discussing proposed amendments to the WHO’s International Health Regulations (IHR) as well as the upcoming WHO pandemic accord, which is now in draft form but set to be completed for consideration at the 77th World Health Assembly in 2024, congressmen said that any new agreements with the global body must respect national sovereignty.
As LifeSiteNews has reported, critics of the treaty and IHR amendments have raised serious concerns about the provisions, including the impact of the globalized public health controls on the sovereignty of its 194 member nations. Last year, Florida Republican governor and 2024 GOP presidential candidate Ron DeSantis pushed back against the proposed treaty, arguing that “elites” had advocated for “pernicious policies” during the COVID-19 pandemic and that “there is no way” Florida “will ever support” the global accord. WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has argued that opposition to the treaty is based on “misinformation,” and that concerns about losing national sovereignty are “nonsense.”
During the Wednesday subcommittee meeting, Loyce Pace, MPH, assistant secretary for global affairs at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), touted the United States’ involvement in the process alongside the WHO.

Pentagon Announces New International Mission to Counter Attacks on Commercial Vessels in Red Sea

MANAMA, Bahrain — The U.S. and a host of other nations are creating a new force to protect ships transiting the Red Sea that have come under attack by drones and ballistic missiles fired from Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin announced early Tuesday in Bahrain.
The seriousness of the attacks, several of which have damaged the vessels, has led multiple shipping companies to order their ships to hold in place and not enter the Bab el-Mandeb Strait until the security situation can be addressed.
“This is an international challenge that demands collective action,” Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said in statement released just after midnight in Bahrain. “Therefore today I am announcing the establishment of Operation Prosperity Guardian, an important new multinational security initiative.”
The United Kingdom, Bahrain, Canada, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Seychelles and Spain will join the U.S. in the new mission, Austin announced. Some of the countries will conduct joint patrols while others provide intelligence support in the southern Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
Several other countries have also agreed to be involved in the operation but prefer not to be publicly named, a defense official said on the condition of anonymity to discuss additional details of the new mission that have not been publicly announced.
The mission will be coordinated by the already existing Combined Task Force 153, which was set up in April 2022 to improve maritime security in the Red Sea, Bab el-Mandeb and the Gulf of Aden. There have been 39 member nations in CTF 153, but officials were working to determine which of them would participate in this latest effort.
Separately, the United States has also called on the United Nations Security Council to take action against the attacks.
In a letter to council members obtained Monday by The Associated Press, U.S. Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield said Houthi attacks targeting commercial vessels legally transiting the international waterways continue to threaten “navigational rights and freedoms, international maritime security, and international commerce.”
The 15 council members discussed the Houthi threat behind closed doors Monday but took no immediate action.
Three U.S. warships — the USS Carney and the USS Mason, Navy destroyers — have been moving through the Bab el-Mandeb Strait daily to help deter and respond to attacks from the Houthis.
The move to set up the expanded operation came after three commercial vessels were struck by missiles fired by Iranian-back Houthis in Yemen on Dec. 3. Those attacks were part of an escalating campaign of violence that also included armed and other drones launched in the direction of U.S. warships.
To date the U.S. has not struck back at the Iranian-back Houthis operating in Yemen or targeted any of the militants’ weapons or other sites. On Monday Austin did not answer a question as to why the Pentagon had not conducted a counterstrike.

U.S. Navy Aircraft Carriers Are Literally Everywhere Right Now
U.S. Navy Aircraft Carriers Are on the Move – Like No Other Navy in the World - There will be no white Christmas for the crew aboard the aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) this year, as they'll spend the holiday and likely at least a few weeks into the New Year operating in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea after U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin ordered a two-carrier presence near Israel as its war against Hamas continues.
This will mark the third time the U.S. Navy's newest and largest supercarrier has seen its deployment extended. Other warships in the carrier strike group (CSG) have also extended their deployments.
The Pentagon had ramped up its military presence in the region after the October 7 terrorist attacks that Hamas carried out on Israel, in which more than 1,200 were killed – while more than 200 were taken hostage, including Americans. The U.S. Navy's warships were deployed to deter Iran from widening the war into a regional conflict. However, Iranian-back militants in Iraq, Syria, and Yemen have carried out regular attacks with rockets, drones, and missiles, including on U.S. military installations in the region.
USS Gerald R. Ford had departed Norfolk, Virginia, in early May and was originally scheduled to be back home in early November. The original plan was for the Nimitz-class carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) and her strike group to replace the USS Gerald R. Ford in the region.
However, the Pentagon changed course after Hamas carried out its deadly attacks, and extended the Ford's deployment.
CVN-69 had operated alongside USS Gerald R. Ford before being deployed to the Persian Gulf.
Reports have emerged over the weekend that that the Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group has moved from the Persian Gulf into the Gulf of Aden, off the coast of Yemen where the country's Houthi rebels are known to operate.
Politico reported on Saturday that top Biden administration officials are actively weighing options to strike back at the Houthis after the Iran-backed group launched fresh strikes on naval and commercial ships in the Red Sea.
To date, the White House has been reluctant to respond militarily against the Houthi rebels out of fear that it could provoke Iran – which also backs Hamas and Hezbollah. Previously, the Pentagon had recommended the administration not to attack the Houthis, but the group has stepped up strikes on commercial vessels.

Ukraine Discovers Their Military Chief Was Bugged, Other Devices Found
KYIV, Ukraine (AP) – Ukraine´s military chief said Monday that a covert listening device was found in one of the offices where he works, and hinted without elaborating that bugs were detected in other locations.
Army Cmdr. Valeriy Zaluzhnyi commented to local media about Sunday´s revelation by Ukraine´s Security Service that during a routine sweep a bug was found in a room he used. The device wasn´t working, the agency said.
Suspicion immediately fell on Russia amid the almost 22-month war between the two countries that is set to grind on into another year.
“I have several offices where I work. This happened in one of them,” Zaluzhnyi said. “We checked (the room) and found (the device),” he said.
He added that listening devices were not only found in the office where he worked, but he didn´t provide further details and left it unclear whether more than one device was found in the Ukraine General Staff premises.
The murky developments left lots of questions unanswered. Officials did not comment further.
The intelligence services of both Russia and Ukraine have been active during the war.
Ukraine’s military intelligence chief has survived 10 assassination attempts carried out by the Russian state security service, or FSB, according to Ukrainian authorities. Last month, his wife underwent hospital treatment after being diagnosed with heavy metals poisoning.
Ukraine´s spy agency, meanwhile, reportedly has been active in sabotage operations far behind the front line.
Artillery bombardments continue to claim civilians lives as the front-line fighting becomes bogged down by wintry mud and snow.
Two Ukrainian civilians were killed and at least two were injured over the previous 24 hours, the president´s office reported Monday.
In the north, the Russian army shelled the village of Krasnopillia in the Sumy region, killing a civilian in his home and damaging residential buildings, it said. In the south, an 81-year-old man died on the street during an attack on the center of Kherson city.

Israel is pumping seawater into Gaza tunnels despite warnings from Russia about “war crimes”
As promised, members of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are pumping seawater into the underground tunnels below Gaza to flush out and kill Hamas operatives, despite this constituting a "war crime."
According to reports, Israel's military has already begun pumping seawater into the tunnels as "part of an intensive effort to destroy the underground infrastructure that has underpinned the group's operations," the Wall Street Journal reported.
Initially, the idea was floated as one of many different options that Israel could take in its war on Gaza. Many observers thought the idea sounded unrealistic since the tunnels stretch for miles and miles, but Israel is reportedly now in the process of siphoning water from the Mediterranean Sea and dumping it underground.
The IDF has not yet officially announced the plan, only stating that these ongoing operations are a classified matter that will remain as such for the time being.
"U.S. officials" cited by the Journal told the media outlet that the tunnel-flooding operation will take weeks, having begun around the time when Israel added two more pumps to the five pumps already installed last month for such a purpose.
Following a round of tests to ensure the water pumps work, Israel proceeded to start flooding the tunnels as promised, putting even more civilian lives at risk.
Israel wants all of Gaza for itself
The plan is for Israel to completely take over the Gaza Strip and absorb the land into its own. Doing this requires many deaths, apparently, as well as the prospect of the possible loss of around 137 Israeli and foreign hostages that still remain in Hamas captivity ever since October 7.
Last week's temporary ceasefire and prisoner swap deal has expired, and Israel is now back in the saddle of ridding Gaza of all Palestinians to make way for the much-anticipated Ben Gurion Canal, as well as Israel's planned exploitation of the vast oil and natural gas reserves located off the coast of Gaza in the Mediterranean Sea.
It is believed that many or all of the remaining 137 hostages in Gaza are being held somewhere in the vast underground tunnel system that Israel is now flooding. All of these hostage lives are now at risk because of the endeavor.
So far, Israel says it has identified at least 800 tunnels, but believes the full scope of the underground tunnel network is much, much larger than what has thus far been discovered.
"We are not sure how successful pumping will be since nobody knows the details of the tunnels and the ground around them," an unnamed security source told the Journal last week.
"It's impossible to know if that will be effective because we don't know how seawater will drain in tunnels no one has been in before."
Gaza's already badly damaged water system, which was shut off by Israel after October 7, is also at risk of succumbing to even more corrosive damage from all the seawater being dumped in it. Not only is the saltier aquifer from which Gaza draws freshwater for drinking at risk, but so are buildings and even entire blocks of buildings that could become uninhabitable for years to come.

EMERGENCY ALERT: Unprecedented Chaos Unfolds as Key Global Electrical Products Supplier Declares a 20-Week Delay for Vital Components
The second-largest manufacturer of electrical components globally has announced a 20-week delay for “engineered-to-order” (ETO) components.
Schneider Electric manufactures vital electrical products essential for everyday life. Critical elements such as electrical infrastructure, industrial automation, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and so much more important parts are made by Schneider Electric. Without these components, the current state of the world will cease to exist.
ETO projects play a crucial role in both public and private infrastructure, with the power grid being a prime example. Any delay in their production and delivery poses the risk of the electrical grid being just one catastrophe away from a potential grid-down blackout scenario.
Adding to the gravity of the situation, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has recently issued a warning about cyberattacks targeting the very same types of ETO equipment produced by Schneider Electric.
Put differently, the FBI seems to be hinting, perhaps through predictive programming, at the likelihood of significant disasters in the future. They assert that cyberattacks involving the equipment manufactured by Schneider Electric are imminent, and these disruptions may persist at least until Q1 2024.
“The reason this is so weird is this company is very good at planning,” an industry insider is quoted saying about the situation. “They supply billions of dollars in critical components.”
“They aren’t perfect, but they usually have a plan when they announce something like this. Not this time. The plans behind the announcement letter are very shallow. They got the note out way before anyone on their teams knew what was going on. Many questions with no answers. That is very weird,” he added.
Could Another World War Be on the Horizon?
In a notice to the company’s partners, Senior Vice President Charles Buckley clarified that beginning December 7, there will be revisions to all current shipment schedules for ETO products. Existing Q1 orders will be extended further into the year “to level-set production across several plants due to high demand and persistent supply chain challenges for these complex customized solutions.”

Canada expected to introduce 100% electric vehicle mandate
Canada will soon mandate 100% zero-emission vehicles by 2035.
Citing an unnamed senior government source, CBC News reports that the Canadian federal government will release final regulations that mandate all cars sold in the country will be zero-emissions, which means most will be electric vehicles.
The regulations will require automakers to produce the cars and will not govern what dealerships will be required to sell.
Manufacturers, according to CBC News, will earn credits based on the number of low- and no-emission vehicles they sell, and the credits will be used to determine if the automakers are in compliance with the law.
Automakers will also earn credits for building out EV charging infrastructure.Canadian motorists purchased nearly 1.56 million new motor vehicles in 2022, approximately 66,000 of them electric, according to Statista.
More details on the law are expected by Tuesday.

Nobel Prize Winner Seeking to Cure Cancer With mRNA Technology
Authored by Naveen Athrappully via The Epoch Times (emphasis ours),
Nobel Prize winner Dr. Drew Weissman talked recently about using mRNA technology to prevent the development of cancers among vulnerable people.
Dr. Weissman suggested using mRNA vaccines to prevent cancers during his Nobel Prize lecture on Dec. 7. “The idea here is that you treat people before they develop cancer,” he said. Dr. Weissman won the Nobel Prize for medicine this year along with Dr. Katalin Karikó for developing a method to prevent the immune system from launching inflammatory attacks when lab-made mRNA is injected into the body, thus enabling the therapeutic use of the medical technology.
This allowed for the rapid development of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. Dr. Weissman and his team at the University of Pennsylvania are now focusing on using mRNA technology to treat cancer.
A vaccine under development by the team teaches the body to identify and fight tumor cells. The vaccine is aimed at people who have a genetic mutation which raises their risk of cancer.
For instance, BRCA is a gene that contributes to breast cancer risk. Out of the more than 18 million cancers identified globally every year, around five to 10 percent stem from genetic mutations.
The Nobel Prize winner and his team investigated methods to use mRNA to trigger an immune response in the body that would kill cancer cells.
In experiments with mice, the researchers injected mRNA that taught the body to produce a protein called IL-12. This protein directs the body to produce immune cells called effector T-cells that can remove cancer.
“We know that it's five or 10 years that cancer cells first start to appear before you've got full-fledged large tumors that impair function,” Dr. Weissman said during his lecture.
“If we treat these people, maybe every 5 years, with a vaccine that only makes effector T-cells, [it] will clean out, clear away, kill all of the transformed cells and maybe completely prevent cancer from ever appearing in these patients.”
mRNA Treatments
Many pharma companies are already researching the use of mRNA for cancer therapy. This month, Moderna and Merck & Co. announced that they have begun a late-stage trial of their experimental personalized mRNA treatment for patients with a type of lung cancer.
The therapy, called v940, will be tailored for each patient individually to trigger T-cells. It will be offered in combination with the drug Keytruda. In July, the two companies kicked off a late-stage study of the combination therapy in patients with melanoma, a skin cancer.
Earlier this year, BioNTech, the company that partnered with Pfizer to make the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, said that it had signed a deal with the UK government for personalized cancer therapies.
According to the deal, up to 10,000 patients will be enrolled in clinical trials by the end of 2030. The cancer therapies will use mRNA technology in their treatments.
In addition to cancer, mRNA technology is being investigated for use in the treatment of allergies, genetic diseases, heart attack, stroke, heart failure, neurodevelopmental disorders, HIV, malaria, and tuberculosis.
Developing mRNA to vaccinate against other diseases when the existing technology has considerable flaws brings up several safety questions.
Researchers in a landmark new study have discovered a sequence within the Pfizer mRNA COVID vaccine that produces an “unintended immune response” in the body, which experts are calling a massive “developmental and regulatory failure.”
Synthetic Messenger Ribonucleic Acid (mRNA), such as that used in Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, enables the body to create a specific spike protein mimicking SARS-CoV-2. The body reacts to the foreign protein and generates protective immunity, which theoretically neutralizes the real virus when it enters the body.
“Researchers from the Medical Research Council (MRC) Toxicology Unit have discovered that the cellular machinery that ‘reads’ mRNAs ‘slips’ when confronted with repeats of a chemical modification commonly found in mRNA therapeutics. In addition to the target protein, these slips lead to the production of ‘off-target’ proteins triggering an unintended immune response,” said a press release for the study published in Nature on Dec. 6.
Last week, Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo demanded that federal health officials provide more info on the discovery of DNA fragments in Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines “hitchhiking into human cells.”
In a letter to officials at the CDC and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), he pointed out that the presence of Simian Virus 40 (SV40) promoter/enhancer DNA in the vaccines poses a “heightened risk of DNA integration into host cells.”
“DNA integration could theoretically impact a human’s oncogenes—the genes which can transform a healthy cell into a cancerous cell,” he warned.
There is also research showing that COVID-19 mRNA vaccines can reduce a beneficial gut bacteria called Bifidobacteria, the presence of which is associated with higher immunity against pathogens and cancer.
