The Setup: FBI, CIA, DNC, and the Steele Dossier

The Steele dossier, commissioned by the Clinton campaign, funneled through the law firm Perkins Coie and Fusion GPS, was used as a false intelligence narrative to justify surveillance and media smears. Former MI6 agent Christopher Steele compiled bogus claims, which the FBI ran with—lying to the FISA courts to spy on Carter Page, Michael Flynn, and others.
